Ordering

For in-store pickup:

Add one or more items to your shopping cart at the top right and click "Order".

Review the details of your order in the order summary. Select "Pickup and Payment in Store" and click "Continue".

Your order has now been placed. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email.

For home delivery:

Add one or more items to your shopping cart at the top right and click "Order".

Review the details of your order in the order summary. Select "Pay Online and Delivery" and click "Continue".

Review your details and enter an alternative delivery address if applicable. Select a payment method. Then click "Proceed".

Review your complete order and click "Pay Online".

Complete the transaction with the chosen payment method.

Your order has now been placed. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email.

If you place your order before 5:00 PM, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. If you are not home during a delivery attempt, a notification card will be left as proof of the first delivery attempt. DHL will attempt to deliver your package three times. If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us.

Note: Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count as business days.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track the status of your shipment through the DHL tracking system.

When an order is successfully placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent within a few minutes. If you haven't received the confirmation email, first check your spam folder.

If the email is not in your spam folder, go to "My Orders" and check if the order was successfully placed. If the order does not appear in the list, you will need to place the order again.

You can modify your order up until the point where you click "Pay Online". Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify it. You can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.

When placing an order, the items you choose are immediately reserved for you. Unfortunately, miscommunication can sometimes occur due to a computer or inventory error. Items in stock may be damaged; in such cases, they cannot be sold.

If your complete order cannot be delivered, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

We strive to ship your order in one complete delivery. However, it may happen that your items are not delivered in one complete shipment. If this is the case and you have not been contacted by us about this, please contact our customer service by email.

In our webshop, your online payment is secure. You can choose from the following payment methods:

No, our webshop does not charge any additional costs for any of the payment methods offered.

Yes, your online payment in our webshop is secure. Pages where personal data is displayed or entered are secured with an SSL certificate (recognizable by https and/or a padlock icon at the top or bottom of the webpage). If you do not see this, do not proceed with the payment.

Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT.

Customers from EU countries receive free delivery on orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €10.

Customers from the rest of the world receive free delivery on orders of €100 or more. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €15.

Customers from the USA, Canada and Australia receive free delivery on orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping costs are €7.50.

If you place your order before 3:00 PM, your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days in Europe and 5-10 days for the rest of the world. If you are not home during a delivery attempt, a notification card will be left as proof of the first delivery attempt. The carrier will attempt to deliver your package twice. If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us.

You can always return items ordered from our webshop within 30 days of delivery. To process your return quickly, please ensure that returned products are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged.

Returned products whose license code has been activated will not be accepted.

If you return your complete order, your original shipping costs will be refunded, provided you have not activated the product's license code.

If you return part of your order, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
