What is the StressChecker for?
The StressChecker is designed for people who are interested in better understanding the do’s and don’ts for a vital and a relaxed way of life.

The enclosed handbook includes an explanation of measurement results, tips for proper measurement, as well as suggestions on how to deal with stress.
System requirements
- OS: Windows 7, 8 and 10 (32/64)
- 20Mb -1.5 GB free disk space, depending on already installed Windows updates
- 20 Mb for the StressChecker software
- VGA monitor (800×600) 16 bit
- Internet connection required for software activation
Be aware! The StressChecker is not suitable for persons with heart failure, frequent cardiac arrhythmias or have a pacemaker or people taking heart medications that can cause cardiac arrhythmias.
USES
Described below are the main features of the software program.
Function 1. The Periodic Measurement

Importance of detail information
It is important to look carefully at the progression of the score during the three minutes of measurement after each measurement. The graphs on the left show the result of the measurement results compared to the mean values (yellow lines) of individuals of the same age and sex. All measurements are saved.

Profiles
You can create unlimited profiles of family, friends and colleagues. All measurement data are stored separately. You can save the measurement data as a pdf or print it out. Health professionals, such as doctors, therapists, personal coaches, (sports) trainers, stress counselors, diet consultants, etc. can store profiles for their clients.
