Lifestyle Monitors values privacy. We process personal data and other data carefully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to protect your privacy. This privacy statement tells you how we handle personal data.
Applicability
This privacy statement is of Lifestyle Monitors, based in Oosterhout and with offices in (4709AX) Oosterhout at Vlierlaan 238, registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 88146774 (hereinafter “Lifestyle Monitors”).
This statement applies to any processing of personal data, both online and offline. It concerns the processing provided personal information, and also the data obtained from visits to and use of the Lifestyle Monitors websites, webshop and apps.
Data processing
Lifestyle Monitors is committed to a healthy lifestyle for everyone. Of course, we cannot do this alone, so we work with researchers, professionals and our clients.
Data are processed for:

- Matching our products and services to the interests and needs of our associates;
- Optimizing the operation of the website and maintaining web statistics;

Lifestyle Monitors collects data such as name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, bank information, data related to transactions, participation data, or data relevant if you interact with us.
We collect personal data to inform you about our actions and campaigns, the results achieved and for (direct) marketing purposes.
Financial data and data related to a transaction, or payment, are collected to execute the agreement (purchase in the web shop). This data will not be provided to third parties for commercial purposes. Of our business partners, only the contact details of the specified contacts within the organization are recorded. In addition to, of course, financial data and data related to the organization.
When you apply to us, you share data with us that we store such as cover letter and resume.
Lifestyle Monitors treats the (personal) data of all its applicants with care and uses it only to assess the suitability of candidates. If you become our colleague, the data will be included in our systems. If you are not hired, we will delete your information no later than 1 month after the position is filled. With permission, resumes will be kept for no more than 1 year.
In short, we process personal data for the performance of an agreement or a legal duty, on the basis of consent, and for the performance of Lifestyle Monitors’ legitimate interest: to carry out our objectives.
The Healthy Lifestyle Monitor app
Personal data is processed when using the Healthy Lifestyle Monitor app. More information about these processing operations can be found in the Healthy Lifestyle app privacy statement.
Individuals who have provided their e-mail address to Lifestyle Monitors and have not objected, and other types of contacts who have given their consent, may receive e-mails from Lifestyle Monitors. With these emails we inform about our company, products, services and research results. In sending mailings, Lifestyle Monitors may use a system that provides insight into how emails are opened (open and click behavior).
This data is also used to optimize the content of our mailing. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the unsubscribe option in each message or via our contact form.
Photos and images
Lifestyle Monitors handles photographs and visual material with care in all cases. Photos and footage are taken during (regional) events, trainings, workshops and actions to capture events and to give atmospheric impressions on our website, in our newsletters and/or social media.
Social media.
On our websites, we display buttons with links to the social networks Facebook, , LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram so that visitors can easily share content.
Attendees, visitors/participants of events will be informed in advance of any image recordings to the best of our ability. In addition, to the extent possible, attendees will be made aware of this during the event at the venue. Are you recognizable in the picture but don’t appreciate it? Please let us know via our contact page. then the footage will of course be removed at your request.
Click behavior
Lifestyle Monitors uses cookies and similar techniques to make its websites and mailings more personal and user-friendly, and to display relevant advertisements on other websites by analyzing visitor behavior. The Lifestyle Monitors websites and the web application for sending e-newsletters track general visitor data, such as the most requested pages.
