Our Approach
Our approach is based on the Columbus Code view and the CCT Model (Coherence, Complexity, Transformation), a science-based framework that recognizes and integrates the complexity of human functioning.
The Experimental Cycle
Our methodology follows a natural experimental cycle that occurs in two phases:
Phase 1: Observation and Pattern Recognition.
The first phase spans two to three weeks of systematic data collection to create a personal baseline. The Healthy Lifestyle Monitor (HLM) and HLM Pro support the:
- Attentive observation of current patterns without judgment
- Collect objective stress measurements that provide insight into your coherence level
- Recognize connections between different aspects of your health and well-being
- Develop a hypothesis about potential directions for improvement
Phase 2: Experiments and Transformation
In the second phase, our products are utilized for targeted experimentation and sustainable transformation. The user is enabled to:
- Design well-defined, personalized experiments
- Perform these experiments consistently with attention and awareness
- Evaluate effects with both objective and subjective criteria
- Integrate insights and adapt new experiments
Our Philosophy
From the Columbus Code viewpoint, we approach personal health without prescribed paths. We recognize that:
- Every human being is a unique, complex adaptive system
- Small changes can sometimes have big effects (and vice versa)
- Sustainable transformation comes from shifts in consciousness and identity evolution
- Health is a coherent, dynamic system in which all its components influence each other
For a detailed explanation of the underlying methodology, see our description of the CCT Model.
AI Support
Our products provide the ability to use AI for personalized insight if desired. This technology is specifically designed to support the principles of the CCT Model in a way that is simple, secure and fully mastered.
The Result
Users of our approach experience multiple benefits:
- Deeper understanding of their unique response patterns
- Ability to make more conscious choices based on personal data
- Discovering “leverage points” where small changes have big effects
- Develop an experimental mindset that promotes learning and growth
- Creating sustainable transformation in health and wellness
This approach allows you to stop blindly following general advice and instead understand your own unique responses through focused observation and experimentation.
