Order

To pick up your order at the store, follow the steps below:

Add one or more items to the shopping cart at the top right of your screen and click “order.

Check the details of your order in the order preview. Choose “pick up and pay in store” and click “continue.

Your order has now been placed. Within minutes, you will receive a confirmation email.

To have your order delivered to your home, follow the steps below:

Add one or more items to the shopping cart at the top right of your screen and click “order.

Check the details of your order in the order preview. Select “pay online and home delivery” and click “continue.

Check your information and enter an alternate delivery address if desired. Select a payment method. Then click on “continue” .

Check your total order and click “pay online.

Complete the transaction with the selected payment method.

Your order has now been placed. Within minutes, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you place your order before 5 p.m., your order will be delivered to you within 2 – 3 business days. If you are not home on a delivery attempt, a bill will be left as proof of the first delivery attempt. DHL will attempt to deliver your package three times. If this fails, your order will be returned to us.

Note: Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered working days.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track shipment status via the DHL tracking system.

How do I order an item that is temporarily out of stock?

After placing an order, your chosen items are immediately reserved for you. Unfortunately, sometimes miscommunications can occur due to computer or warehouse error. Items may be damaged in the warehouse; in that case, they cannot be sold.

If your entire order cannot be delivered, we will contact you about an appropriate solution.

We strive to deliver your order in one complete delivery. However, your items may not be delivered in one complete delivery. If this is the case, and you have not been contacted about this through us, please contact our customer service department by email.

No, our online store does not charge extra for any of the payment methods offered.

Yes, your online payment in our online store is secure. Pages displaying or entering personal data are secured with an SSL certificate (indicated by https and/or a padlock icon at the top or bottom of the web page). If you do not see these, do not proceed with payment.

When an order is successfully placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent the same day. If you did not receive the confirmation email, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

Once your package is received and approved by our returns department, your refund will be processed within 30 days.

Our standard charge is €4 return postage. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

When you return your entire order, your original shipping costs will be refunded.

If you return a portion of your order, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT.
Customers from EU countries receive free delivery on orders of €50 or more. Voor bestellingen van minder dan € 50 bedragen de verzendingskosten € 10.
Customers from the rest of the world get free delivery on orders of €100 or more. For orders less than €100, the shipping cost is €15.

US, Canadian and Australian customers receive free delivery on orders of $100 or more. For orders less than $100, shipping costs are $7.50.

If you place your order before 3 p.m., your order will be delivered to you within 2 – 4 business days in Europe and 5-10 days in the rest of the world. If you are not home on a delivery attempt, a bill will be left as proof of the first delivery attempt. The carrier will try to deliver your package twice. If this fails, your order will be returned to us.

Note: Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered working days.

Returned products whose license code has been activated will not be accepted.

When you return your entire order, your original shipping costs will be refunded. If you return a portion of your order, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
