For professionals
Available from autumn 2026Guide clients at the level of identity, not just behaviour.
HLM Pro is the working instrument for coaches, therapists and lifestyle professionals who guide clients towards lasting behavioural change. Clients measure at home, their data arrives directly in your dashboard — with pattern recognition and context per person.
HLM Pro is more than a measurement instrument. It is a working environment for you and your clients in which the methodology for lasting behavioural change takes centre stage. You create a client, share a link code, and as soon as they measure at home their results appear in your dashboard.
The client remains the owner of their own data, and the link itself is the consent: your client accepts it with the link code, can always see that you are looking along, and can end the link at any moment. You get access to look along, to guide, and to discuss the results in your sessions. No loose exports, no manual entry — everything runs through one environment.
The end goal is always the same: the client learns to read their own Inner Compass. HLM Pro is a scaffold on that journey — not a permanent building.
Four core functions that give your work with clients practical support.
Your own practice environment
Create clients with a label and a short note. One click, and you share a link code with which your client can log in and measure at home. All measurements then arrive automatically.
Your clients pay nothing — an active link with your HLM Pro account gives them full access to the HLM.
At a glance
Per client you see: the course of the Inner Compass (Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Conscience), self-reflection outcomes, and patterns across weeks and months.
At overview level you see which clients need extra attention.
Methodology-driven
HLM Pro is built around the Columbus Catalyst Code. The system helps you see not only a client's behaviour, but also the identity questions behind it — the basis for change that lasts.
Each dashboard shows identity-relevant reflection questions fitting the client's phase.
HRV measurement for clients who want to go deeper
When a client wants to measure objectively alongside the subjective measurements, they can perform a Relax Index measurement at home with a heart rate sensor (USB or Bluetooth, purchased separately).
The base measurement is identical to the StressChecker's — if the client already owns a sensor, it works straight away.
Four steps, from your first client to ongoing guidance.
In the dashboard you create a client in 30 seconds, with a label and a short note. You share the link code by email, text message, or in person during your session.
Your client logs in to the browser app and does the daily Morning Measurement (max. 2 minutes). No subscription needed — linked to your account.
Right after a client has measured, their measurements appear in your dashboard, with patterns over time. Ready to discuss.
In your session you use the data as a conversation starter. Which patterns do you see? Which identity questions lie beneath them? The methodology leads the conversation.
For professionals who work with individual clients on stress, lifestyle, recovery and sustainable functioning.
Stress coaches, life coaches, lifestyle coaches, executive coaches. For those who want to see objective patterns alongside what a client tells them — and want to bring the identity perspective into their guidance.
Psychotherapists, body-oriented therapists, mindfulness trainers. For those for whom identity and awareness are central to the treatment — and who want to monitor progress between sessions.
Occupational physicians focused on preventive health and early burn-out signals. Not for clinical diagnosis, but well suited to signalling and conversations at the individual level.
Personal trainers, nutritionists, lifestyle experts. For those who want to connect behavioural change to identity and awareness — and want concrete data to go with it.
Not intended for clinical diagnosis or treatment. HLM Pro is not a medical device. For general practitioners and medical specialists performing diagnosis or treatment of psychiatric conditions, this is not the right tool. For preventive guidance, signalling and self-reflection, it is.
A laptop, tablet or desktop with a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). HLM Pro works wherever you do your work — in your practice room, at the client's home, or from your own workplace. No download, no installation.
Clients measure at home on a laptop, tablet or smartphone with a browser. For the subjective daily Morning Measurement they need no extra hardware.
When you or a client also want to measure objectively alongside the subjective measurements, a heart rate sensor is needed:
USB sensor (€37.50, Windows and Mac only) or Bluetooth sensor (€49.50, all devices). The sensors are identical to those of the StressChecker.
All methodology elements — Inner Compass, Morning Measurement, Self-reflection, pattern recognition, AI insights and the Knowledge Centre — are available to you and your clients.
HLM Pro is more than a dashboard. The built-in Knowledge Centre lays out the methodology for lasting behavioural change — tailored to the guidance practice.
Identity-oriented guidance requires a different kind of conversation than classic behavioural intervention. The Knowledge Centre offers theoretical grounding and practical working models.
Your clients read on our consumer page exactly what we promise them. HLM Pro is built on those same promises — so you can repeat them in your practice without reservation.
HLM Pro works with a yearly subscription. The difference between S, M and L lies in the number of clients you can link at the same time.

All prices include VAT. Prefer monthly? Every tier is also available as a monthly subscription: €14.95 / €29.95 / €44.95. Available from autumn 2026. Does your link with a client end? Then that client can continue independently with their own HLM subscription.
You can move up to a higher tier at any time. An active link can also be ended once the guidance stops — that frees up room for a new client within your existing tier.
The client. Your client has their own account within the HLM and can view, export or have their measurements deleted at any time. You have access to look along as long as the link is active.
The client loses no data. They can continue independently with their own HLM subscription (from €9.95/month) and keep all earlier measurements. For you, room becomes available for a new link within your tier.
No. The HLM works perfectly well without one — the subjective daily measurements are already very valuable on their own. If the client (or you) also wants to measure objectively via the Relax Index, the client (or you on their behalf) purchases a sensor.
At launch there will be a Pro demo in which you can explore the full dashboard with fictional clients — no registration needed. A free trial with your own clients is possible on request; get in touch.
StressChecker Pro focuses on the Relax Index as an objective stress measurement. HLM Pro adds the identity-oriented methodology: daily subjective measurements via the Inner Compass, plus the Columbus Catalyst Code as a guidance model. Many professionals use both side by side.
Yes. A client can connect with several professionals (for example coach + therapist). All have access to the same data — only after the client's explicit consent, of course.
Yes. With an old StressChecker licence code you can use the HLM or an SC Pro tier free of charge until 1 January 2027 — including if you want to explore HLM Pro with your existing code. After that, you decide for yourself whether to continue with a paid subscription. Sign up with your licence code →
HLM Pro is built for individual client work. For preventive programmes within organisations there is a separate approach — see HLM for Organisations.
HLM Pro is not a medical device. The Inner Compass, the Relax Index and pattern recognition are practical signals for self-reflection, signalling and conversation — not clinical statements or diagnoses.
This instrument is not intended for clinical diagnosis or the treatment of medical or psychiatric conditions. Refer clients with persistent complaints to a general practitioner or treating specialist.
At launch you can start directly in your browser — for yourself and for your clients.
